Privacy Policy

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Nadara Dynamics website, including its company, Navorynt, development-capabilities, contact, and legal-information pages. The website provides information about Nadara Dynamics and products in development. It does not currently provide user accounts, purchases, subscriptions, payment processing, or newsletter registration, and it does not use advertising, analytics services, or marketing trackers.

Navorynt is in active development and is not publicly available. This website does not collect product GPS, background-location, OBD, telemetry, driver, vehicle, route, account, or customer data. A separate product-specific privacy notice and legal review will be required before any public Navorynt release or collection of product data.

Information visitors provide

The contact form collects a name, email address, inquiry type, message, and privacy acknowledgment. A telephone number and organization are optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Submitting an inquiry is not consent to marketing and does not subscribe you to promotional communications.

Limited technical and security information

DigitalOcean hosts the website and may process ordinary hosting and security information associated with requests, such as an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals needed to distinguish legitimate use from abuse.

For contact-form rate limiting, the application reads the available client address long enough to create an HMAC-SHA-256-derived identifier. It sends that derived identifier—not the raw client address—to Upstash with a temporary rate-limit counter. The application does not intentionally log raw client addresses, inquiry contents, email bodies, security tokens, or credentials.

Nadara Dynamics does not currently deploy advertising or analytics cookies and does not use an advertising or analytics service on this website. Hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar necessary technologies as part of providing, securing, or operating their services. Their practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Cloudflare security services may set the __cf_bm cookie on Nadara Dynamics' domain to help identify automated traffic and protect the website. Cloudflare documents that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It is a security cookie, distinct from cookies used for advertising or audience analytics. How information is used

Nadara Dynamics uses contact information to receive, evaluate, and respond to inquiries. Limited technical and security information may be used to operate and protect the website, apply rate limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.

Nadara Dynamics does not sell personal information collected through this website.

Service providers

Nadara Dynamics uses DigitalOcean for website hosting, Resend for contact-email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, and Upstash for temporary rate-limit counters. The receiving email provider also processes delivered inquiry emails as part of mailbox operation.

These providers process information for their respective services and may handle technical information according to their own configurations, terms, and privacy policies. Nadara Dynamics does not control every aspect of a provider's independent processing.

Retention

Contact submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in the website's application database. Inquiry emails may be retained for up to 12 months unless they are needed longer for an active business matter, security issue, dispute, or legal obligation.

Upstash rate-limit counters are designed to expire after approximately 15 minutes. Hosting, security, and email providers may retain technical or service information under their own retention practices. Nadara Dynamics may also retain records of privacy requests when reasonably needed to document and respond to them.

When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to the service providers described above when needed to operate the website and process an inquiry. Nadara Dynamics may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, or security; investigate misuse; or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of relevant business assets.

A business-transfer disclosure would be limited to information relevant to the transaction and subject to applicable legal requirements. This section does not describe any current transaction.

Data choices and requests

You may contact Nadara Dynamics to ask about contact information associated with you or to request correction or deletion. The availability and scope of a request depend on applicable law and the circumstances.

Nadara Dynamics may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. Information may be retained when permitted or required for security, recordkeeping, an active business matter, a dispute, or a legal obligation. A request does not guarantee deletion in every circumstance.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. Nadara Dynamics does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact Nadara Dynamics so the matter can be reviewed.

Data security limitations

Nadara Dynamics uses measures intended to reduce risk, including validation, request-size limits, rate limiting, abuse protection, restricted configuration, and avoiding application-database storage of contact submissions. No website, email system, transmission method, or service provider can be guaranteed completely secure, and Nadara Dynamics cannot promise absolute security.

Links and third-party services

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their websites, scripts, infrastructure, and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link or technical integration does not make Nadara Dynamics responsible for a third party's independent practices.

Future policy changes

This policy may be updated as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated date. Any future use of analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, product location, or telemetry data will require additional review and appropriate disclosures before activation.
